-While brainstorming in Design & Engineering Matt, Meshach, and I came up with the idea of making a bicycle innovative for everybody.The purpose of this is to create a bicycle better and nice for everybody. The bicycle we came up with was The Iverson Bicycle. The Bicycle has a low rider motorcycle design/frame to it which gives it a speedy but cruiseable bicycle that gives a nice ride for all people who likes to get where they're going but in a fashionable way.
-I'm proud that the bike project came out to a success and I like that the design is something nobody else has ever came up with.
-If I had to describe my project it would have to be the most creative and innovative form of a bicycle in this lifetime.
-This bike design was made specifically for somebody. Somebody who enjoys to cruise to where she is going and take in the environment. Her name is Christine and she goes to school not very far from her house. She wants a bike that she can ride smoothly to school and in a timely fashion. The design of the bicycle is in the form of a low rider motorcycle, which gives her that speedy "cruise control".
-Now it takes Christine at least 20 minutes to get to school (Google Maps). Her average speed is 3/20 miles per minute (distance/time). Now the wheel diameter is 28 inches (on a average bike), and the circumference is 87.96 (pi x diameter). It will take Christine's bike 2,160.98 rotations per trip (coverted circumference into feet, and solved how many feet are in 3 miles).
