Poem for the Less Fortunate

*For this Action Project in Voices that Work this time I had a Disagreement Project. I had to come up with and or think of something I disagree with in this world. As usual I think highly of the homeless because who else will and also I care for the less fortunate because I know that if hard times hit you also you will feel the pressure of being that "flesh ridden disease" within society as they feel on the daily bases. So what I did on my Disagreement Project was that I made a poem talking about the statistics and and outcome of the homeless people in the streets of Chicago, Illinois. Enjoy

VOW

In this nation it's WE and it's THEM. WE as in the Western World, and THEM as third world
treating the homeless as if they were the Fake pearls of a necklace on wealthy women is the same as treating the Real diamonds on the wrist of a homeless man.
20% children, Mother Daughter, and Man and 80% adults homeless until they grow old

Now in the back of my mind I'm held hostage the government has done locked up and blocked up my chakra's so God sent his only begotten son in JOHNathan and what do we do, over look em tell em to go get a doctrine go find a job as a doctor and make it to the top and sin? I believe that your God is within listening to popular politicians in the media contradicting our oppositions upon the homelessness of adults, children and women.

643,067 we help none and we all expect to get into Heaven

Over 5,000 a night

And we still choose not help our brethren
And we still choose to buy new shoes the latest tunes and not realizing that the homeless can't even buy their own food
What type of world do we live in, its the type of world where teens get high and call it living
It's the type of world that nobody wants to make change for the person on the street who's asking for change. No need for explanation or for anybody to explain, I disagree with righteousness that nobody wants to shine a light on this the fact that

Most of Chicagoans is part of the homelessness.

I want to change this...
